Bookings will be subject to availability.

Normal Booking Cancellation Policy

In normal circumstances, we will charge 50% of the room charges for cancellations made with 7 – 15 days, and 100% of the room charges with 7 days.

No-Shows

If the Guest does not show up for their reservation, they will be charged the confirmed rate for all reserved room nights for the entire length of the stay.

Payment Policy

The hotel has the sole discretion to require the Key Account to comply with the following payment terms: Full pre-payment is required for all bookings, and must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date for bookings. Payment must be made by currency bank draft. If full pre-payment is not received, the Property reserves the right to cancel and release the unguaranteed rooms.
