Transfer Information

Whaleshark Beach Guest House can assist guests in arranging a speedboat transfer through a third-party service provider at US$65 per person per way. Whaleshark Beach expects to receive guests’ arrival and departure flight details at least 72 hours prior to their arrival to facilitate the necessary arrangements.The journey duration from Velana International Airport to Dhigurah and vice versa ranges from 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours under favorable weather conditions. Please note that travel times may vary depending on weather conditions.

Check-In | Check-Out Policy

Our check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00hrs respectively.

Early Check-In and Late check-out after 12:00H are subject to Availability.

We normally charge 50% of the applicable room rate for any check-out after 12:00H and before 18:00H and full applicable room rate may be charged for any checkout after 18:00H.

Normal Booking Cancellation Policy

In normal circumstances, we will charge 50% of the room charges for cancellations made with 7 – 15 days, and 100% of the room charges with 7 days.

Early Check-Out

We reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the booking even if the guest makes an early check-out.

No-Shows

If the Guest does not show up for their reservation, they will be charged the confirmed rate for all reserved room nights for the entire length of the stay.

Payment Policy

The hotel has the sole discretion to require the Key Account to comply with the following payment terms: Full pre-payment is required for all bookings, and must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date for bookings. Payment must be made by currency bank draft. If full pre-payment is not received, the Property reserves the right to cancel and release the unguaranteed rooms.
